KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (but Not Limited To) Account management and growth. Achieving projected sales targets through campaign solutions. Client engagement to support revenue growth and revenue initiatives. Take advantage of new business development opportunities A strong understanding of market trends, know the competition and understand how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace. Demonstrate strategic thinking and provide highly strategic direction to clients. Become an expert in NZME products and platforms; continuously work to increase knowledge of media landscape. Work efficiently and liaising effectively in planning meeting to contribute new ideas and prioritise the best campaign solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills About You Significant success in media sales and planning roles where innovation, outside the box thinking, audience focus and dynamic customer relationships are crucial. Strong commercial acumen – Use your proven sales abilities to provide the best solutions for clients. You’ll bring a positive focus and attitude, with a natural affinity for building relationships – you’re a real “people person” who values fostering business connections. Be comfortable providing information on market trends and sales reporting. Collaborative and team-orientated – you’ll welcome others input and contribute positively to the team as a whole.
